I live in a weird neighborhood in a city on the shitty and I’ve seen some crazy shit, both normal and paranormal. I’m not sure what I just heard because I was asleep when it started.

Mundane version of the story is some homeless guy carrying around some kind of metal parts was abusing a dog.

Schizo version of the story is I maybe just witnessed some kind of shapeshifting outside my window.
