Think about it. Nick is a guy who has been chasing money all his life. He wishes he had the kind of money where he could give his kid a few billion dollars to pursue a vanity project -- who doesn't wish they had that? I sure as fuck do.
So yeah, it is easy to operate a business at a loss...
