As Sheila and crew are drinking and chatting each other up on the beach, a rather oversized crab goes scuttling by, claws snapping at the air, a spring in its sideways step. It had been a difficult few weeks for Dia Shirley Burroughs; three back to back losses, an arson attack on the White Tower which had cost the life of one of her employees, the discovery of an adulterous relationship among her senior staff and her chief of securities cocaine habit. According to rumour and innuendo "Dear Shirley" had locked herself in her penthouse suite and the responsibilities of the day to day running of HALCYON company had fallen to Dia's most trusted advisor Key who was working diligently despite these new responsibilities. Key on the other hand was cold and emotionally disconnected, she never smiled and did not engage in meaningless conversation, she was trusted but due to her almost robotic demeanour was not particularly well liked. Some of the longer serving staff had left small gifts on the top floor lobby outside Dia's penthouse, soft toys, cards, handwritten notes. None had dared knock on the door or ring the bell, the penthouse is the one place that was considered absolutely forbidden.

With the dead now buried and the unpleasant but ultimately necessary disciplinary actions taken Dia gazes out over Spaghettitown contemplating her next move. Despite the overwhelming darkness a small sliver of light had emerged. Red Hands had challenged BSD to a non-title charity match, a small but relatively noble gesture, but BSD had won the day. From this victory came opportunity and she had found herself booked in a triple-threat match at Onsen A Lifetime for the WWA Hardcore Championship.

Red Hands is tough but Dia now knows that the monster is not unbeatable. BSD and Keron Croakie had beaten the stuffing out of each other during the Clusterfork Match and she even had the young amphibian as good as beaten several times, but the chaotic nature of the contest had kept the referee out of position until that one vital moment where she'd let her guard down and been submitted. It was a disappointment, to be sure, but any of the participants could've won that match and Dia was thrilled by the level of competition in the Hardcore division.

Dia had made a vow to elevate the Hardcore Championship so it was seen as equally prestigious as the WWA World Championship. Who would've guessed that young Red Hands would be the only legitimate singles champion in the company?

Three seconds.

That's all she'd need.

Suddenly the image of a gun in a young woman's mouth and Key coldly pulling the trigger twice, the look of terror on the security officers face then relief when nothing happened. That's what real power looks like. Dia shakes the images out of her mind. "Not like that", "That's not who I am". She forces herself to refocus on the task ahead.

Meanwhile at the Divine Mansion a slightly worse for wear Amy Flame is nursing a hangover. As she pours the boiling water into the cups Amy momentarily looks up as Raging Red's promo plays on the TV but she does a double-take when she hears her own name mentioned, she scrambles for the remote and rewinds the footage back slightly.

"Julia wants me to win?", "Why'?", Amy wonders to herself as she absentmindedly stirs the tea with a spoon. She thinks back to their brief meeting in the dilapidated lockerroom of the Sushi Hall in Japan where she'd tried to lift Red's spirits, as well as her own. As much as Amy admired The Queen she'd been quietly excited by Red's upset victory, she always liked to see "small girls" like herself win, after all that's why she admired Nikki Kade and at one point Skelly Skelly so much. Amy was intrigued by Red's words, maybe there's a chance to make a new friend or meet a new rival, she wasn't sure if they had anything in common but she'd taken a leap of faith with Colby and that had turned out wonderfully. This might just be worth pursuing.

A restless Nikki tosses and turns in bed. She's stayed in her room ever since returning from the bar with the other Angels. And not due to a particularly bad hangover. She had much less to drink than the others.

She curses to herself. That encounter with Sheila Foster affected her more than she could have possibly imagined. But why? She just couldn't understand it. She was clear in her mind on what she went to that bar to do. Piss Sheila off. Get in her head. Beat her up with her friends. Simple Divine Angel business as usual. Yet she just couldn't do it.

She sits up in bed and with a scream, tosses a pillow across a bedroom bigger than the Dublin apartment she and her sister once lived in. Why? Why couldn't she do what needed to be done ahead of the biggest match of her career? She grits her teeth. Cassie would never miss an opportunity to gain an advantage like that. And who knows what Madame Divine would make of this...

She thinks back on her actions that evening. She and Sapphire had discussed using their Lonelyfans income to buy the bar. Nikki was sure Sheila would be upset by the idea of her favourite bar being owned by a Kade. But instead she bought Nikki a drink and was so friendly... so easy to talk to afterward. The screen in the arena darkens as a drone camera shows an image of scenic Japantown district in Spaghetti Town, down past the Shinto shrine and down towards the Spaghetti Town Onsen.

Nefertiti and TRIN-NITY are seen making their way up the steps as the camera rushes past them and into the foyer, where more wrestlers convene, Holly Hope-Again, Sheila Foster, Amy Flame and Colby are getting their yukatas and the camera flies further. Nobody is changing in the dressing room, with Steeli Yastuffi rifling trough a few bags, Kumome Kumome spying on her from the rafters above. The Tropical Lovers accidentally put the yukatas of their partners on, much to their delight.

The drone flies further, passing Violet Beauregarde and BSD dressed in towels before bursting out back into the large, open hot water pool, steam rising to the sky. In the warm water sit several other wrestlers such as Mighty Milf, Shogun Aina, Psycho Rabbit, Miss USA. The drone pops into the water for a second before being lifted out by Onigiri, who grins in the camera before pointing it up to the starry sky above them, a single shooting star races across the sky before the logo appears on the screen.

Keron walks into the locker room without a word.
After getting changed slowly she leans her head against the locker next to hers.
The name plate had been removed, but everyone knows who this used to belong to.

She had been ready for this fight, looked forward to it.
Now, she just wanted it to be over so she could go back home and crawl back into her bed.
The sad frog girl had every intention of pulling out of this match, she just never had the energy to get in touch with the bookers.

The idea of no showing was in her head all day, but Squeakie made sure that didn't happen.
He kept pestering her to get up and get to the arena.

Now she was here and was barely able to think of her match.
Eventually she sits on the bench and a voice begins to speak.
She ignores it as doesn't concern her.

And as far as the other thing is concerned to me I caused no drama, I announced my departure in a thread 3 months ago gave my characters a kayfabe sendoff & stated why I was leaving. Part of it was because I was working and WWA was so busy I'd get 1 to 3 threads behind. I would come home from work and read everything just to post a quick character promo. It was cutting in with my time with my fiance to the point that I viewed it a problem. This coupled with the fact that I wanted to do a murder mystery storyline to build a fued for the next ppv or the one after that. Some liked it but the overwhelming majority(which I still believe to be a few vocal anons spamming), my posts were deleted if they had blood or nudity(ass in thong) in the weeks that led to Waifus Collide. I expressed that everyone should be at a set overall to make it fair to everyone, that stats be locked in and no one has unfair movesets. I also was vocally against the discord citing that it would lead to infighting and people playing favorites.
I also made the proto wiki on my notepad and I still have it. So I left, I never cared about the title, I don't care about winning matches all I ever cared about was that entertaining unstiffled promos and stories be told here and for this to just be a fun place.
I was told I wad persona nongrata and would get the benoit treatment. I posted sporadically in the hentai threads but even then I barely posted there.
So that's all I got to say on the manner I am moving forward I think all parties should, people need to stop being petty, not be so worried about wins and lossed and tell some god damn god stories and create some beautiful renders. I may screenshot this post because I'm not going to explain this over and over again it takes up space.

You and I both know we had 1 thread reported successfully that had us moved somewhere and then we did the make sure the rings in the OP gimmick and say its an efed proper. That one thread dying is the butterfly wing flutter that made all of this possible. We didn't lose a thread after that. The rest is history. Could I have handled it somewhat better sure but you'd be annoyed too if other posters posted bloody images and images more provacative than yours (from a sexual standpoint I doubt anyones ever posted anything as fucked up as my renders were here).
