Ok. Now that I got some sleep and some of my initial seethe is gone, I actually think this might be a really good match and probably sleeper of the night.
Jungle boy tends to deliver on PPV and SANADA has shown that he’s really good at making others look good. Both are hungry to showcase that they deserve to be in that spot.
I think as far as hype goes, there were better matchups that could’ve been booked. But when it comes down to what goes on in that ring for that title, it will probably be pretty damn great.

Or maybe this is some 7 stages of grief shit and I skipped a few stages and went straight to acceptance.

I've never wanted a certain outcome of a match harder in my life. How is it worse? The match might be worse, I guess, but there's politics at play here too. SANADA beating Chris Jericho holds a lot more water than SANDA beating fucking Jungle Boy, especially since it would be happening in Canada.
