He was seething harder at Mike Jackson for toying with Phil. A quick knockout or sub could have preserved Phil and by extension Dana's dignity but systematically destroying and mocking him for 15 minutes fully exposed how incapable Phil was and how absurd it was for Dana to book him on PPV.

What gives you that idea? He has no background in combat sports at all. He has never trained in kickboxing or BJJ or judo or any other style to my knowledge. He is not a big guy either. He's only billed at 6'0" 215 lbs, which means he's a lot smaller, probably around 5'9" 180 lbs.

This makes it even funnier that Punk is so terrified of him. Because Page also seems like a laid back sort of guy that wouldn't pick a fight either. I don't get it.
