These are probably the concessions Gaydo needed to make to politic Okada going over Danielson.

The point was the double swap, holding each other's belts, a kayfabe tense 6 weeks between the companies, and then double swapping them back but to different guys then the guys the originally won them from.
Gives a lot to each company to work with internally in the fallout.
