I'm an AEW tard and I love every one of you, just to get that out of the way. It had
a weak first 3 months, but things
got a lot better for the build for 2020 Revolution, and had a great show. Everything
after, but before the pandemic hit,
was cooling off, but I don't see episodes not as good as the past as a bad thing. It
was starting to pick back up with
rumors of Matt and Luke coming in, and Blood and Guts was not a bad idea, however, the
pandemic hit and AEW was fine,
nothing good, nothing bad, until Lee went for the AEW Title and Kingston showed up.
I'd say around July to October
that it was more hits then misses, but we had more great episodes then bad or meh. Then October onward were just
insane for match quality, anything involving Fenix was great and it made me hate Matt and love Nick Jackson.
However, besides the Brodiee Lee tribute show, Omega winning the title is when it went down hill for me. Mox was
a great champion but Omega hasn't been doing it for me. The Elite/Omega storyline is a complete failure but AEW
is being saved the last 5 months thanks to a combo of MJF/Jericho feud, which is what I'm super invested in,
and anything Darby Allin, which also started slow but got great. Right now, I still hate the Elite angle,
I think the Bucks and Omega's heelturn is a complete botch and the storyline is dragging Mox and Kingston
into "I don't give a fuck" territory. I'm 100% into Pinnacle and Inner Circle though and thought Blood n Guts
was great, except the last 5 minutes, but I loved so much more then that. I also love what Darby is doing
and the last 3 months have renewed my faith in Miro and I haven't loved that fucker since his Rusev Day shit.
AEW has more good then bad, but the only title I give 2 shits about is the TNT Title, I couldn't care less
bout the tag or world titles. The Women's title is "just there". I hope that title will get Tay COnti,
