I completely disagree. The tag team idea actually has helped Jay White develop something organically. American audiences don't know him. It's also building Juice up which is great. It's one of Tony's actually smart booking strategies so far of new talent.

It'd be one thing if Jay White was being given shit to do and then had based Juice for tag matches on top of it to round him out. But no, it's been 2 months and he's done jackshit. It's insane that AEW, the American promotion, has had less stories for Jay than New Japan had in the same span of time. But that's just the snowman way. Why worry about booking well when you can always get more new toys to freeze later?

Well of course new Japan would have more storylines for him because he was a fixture over there for so long.
They are building up the tag team match against ftr which should be money. They've barely given Jay White or Juice mic time too. The hype is starting to build and they are about to strike. It's literally the only organic thing Tony has done in so long.
