I bought last years and never played because time and dont the have the disposable income like last year to just get 2k23 deluxe edition.
Is it worth to get the expensive deluxe edition?

its basically 2k22++ just a lot of qol changes, especially in gm mode and myrise. the biggest change is the ai sliders / caw stuff though which is just insanely deep now, and caws look really good and on model for the first time ever
