he's not bad he just has very little charisma and is overpushed and overexposed and people are rejecting him. he's great in the ring. he used to have a fun babyface jungle gimmick and tag team with Luchasaurus and they stripped it all away from him and tried to push him on his own as "Jack Perry" singles star and nobody gave a shit about him so they're trying to course correct. he gets exposed hard whenever he has to do a promo also.
