Hey kid, heard you're the newbie around here. I don't care if you've had 30 years in the business, you're brand new in the big leagues now. So you're a rookie. You're a KID. Back when I was a rookie I never pissed and moaned about how many years I had in the business, I treat the locker room leaders with respect and always said "Yes sir"

Now, I'm here to welcome you to AEW but there are a couple of ground rules. First, always pick up your trash. Don't throw it on the floor. Second, always come to me if there's an issue as I am the locker room leader. Finally, always come to the meetings I call because they're important leadership meetings. In fact I'm calling an emergency meeting after the show to have a big discussion on respect! So you better stick around after the show and not leave.
