The only exception are the Fast films, but thats because its a franchise and the Rock being there is completely secondary.
One of the big reasons is because Rock can't fucking act. Whatever role he plays, he's playing that role as the Rock, not the character in the film. Will Smith has the same problem, and its why eventually he stopped being able to draw money too.
