Half of the weebs here never went to Japan or even know enough about their culture or economy. Any black guy you see in Japan definitely knows what the deal is. The real issue is Nigerians, and that's only because they're used as muscle for Yakuza. American blacks in Japan don't have that stigma.
Reality: If you aren't a native Japanese period, you aren't going to be fully accepted in their society and no amount of 'whiteness' will fix that.
