They appear regularly on the shows, on the PPVs regularly, and it might not always be a title match and they might not always win and it might not always be on the main event but they'll be on it. They'll be on the promotion material, not front and center but they'll be on it. They pretty much have jobs for life, in a relatively upper card position, but will never be the top guys. But I'd accept it personally.
If I remember correctly from some dirtsheets Vince calls Kevin Owens a "good hand" which is the ultimate seal of approval and means you have a job for life. Like he considers R-Truth a good hand, Big Show was a good hand, Mark Henry was a good hand. From what I've learned from shoots it means total job security. I've read nothing about Sami being good handed though.
