You can't possibly be this fucking naive. The wrestlers didn't write the stories. The wrestlers didn't come up with the catchphrases or storyline. This was ALL Russo & Ferrara alone with final input by McMahon. Also this idea that McMahon was some huge filter for Russo is retarded smark headcanon. Ferrara and Russo wrote the shows alone and Vince just went over them and put in his own stuff almost never changing a thing they wrote. Bruce Pritchard confirmed this as well
