Jey vs Roman is set for summerslam and it may feel like there are stakes, because Roman gave his family EVERYTHING at MiTB…but no, wwe is going to put the belt on Jey. Roman’s position as champion and “tribal cheif” is solely because he’s the biggest star and biggest draw in wrestling. Jey and Jimmy can’t ever hope to replicate a fraction of that, and Roman was right to laugh at the thought of Solo taking the spot on smackdown. I for one, am already exhausted of the thought of two-three title defenses against his own family where he retains (vs Jey, Vs Solo the next big story point, and maybe Jimmy)…but until someone else comes along that can carry the company for ATLEAST 2-3 years (obviously Cody)…Reigns retains.
