Mandy Rose Accuses WWE Of Having Double Standards When Firing Her

No.10699463 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
>Mandy Rose was NXT’s top star and Women’s Champion, with a title reign of 413 days. However, that all changed after losing her title to Roxanne Perez in December last year. She was subsequently fired from WWE, and fans believe it was a wrong move. It’s been several months since her release and she has kept herself busy in many ways. That said, it appears Rose accused WWE of double standards when firing her.

>Mandy Rose was let go from her WWE contract due to content she posted behind her premium content paywall. It was reported that Mandy Rose was not even given an opportunity to take down her premium content before her WWE release.

>Prior to her shocking WWE release, Mandy Rose ruled the roost in NXT and was dominant as the leader of Toxic Attraction. After all, she decimated her competition every single week.

>While speaking with the New York Post, Mandy Rose talked about her WWE release and accused the company of double standards when it came to her release.

>“I wasn’t told about racy images, I wasn’t told about anything else. I was told about the subscription-based platform. What’s the definition of racy? The photo of me with two titles – I was completely naked underneath, that’s considered a racy photo, right? I am grateful and very humbled with everything I’ve done and made at the company [WWE], but in today’s day and age, there are so many other avenues and so many other marketing opportunities, it’s like why can’t I do both?”

>She added: “At the end of the day I’m the only one watching out for myself and my career. Everyone’s replaceable in our business – it’s true.”

>There is also the belief that Mandy Rose will make her return to pro wrestling somewhere down the line. We’ll have to wait and see when Mandy Rose will return to the squared circle.
