literally no one here is invested in aew, even aew fans have been calling it mid for months now. the gamethreads are barren and depressing. the shills who rate the shows when its over give them 5/10s. samoa joe and cm punk are wrestling in front of 1800 people in regina. its just a fact of life. aew lost. it lost the war for the smarks, who prefer hhh's booking. it lost the casual audience when it gave cody away for nothing. the only legitimate hype it gets anymore is when they partner with another company. all the big signings they have have been ground to dust with repetitive booking that made them less over than when they debuted. the only trump card aew has now is wembley, but what comes after that? will they be able do to another show, or will the novelty wear off after one like it seemingly has in every other market they hit.
