I've heard tons of wrestlers talk about shitting in the ring, even Steve Austin admitted to it, but the only time I've actually seen it was the Punk one.
I assume there's some trick to making sure no one sees your shit.

honestly if i was a wrestler that would be my greatest fear
whenever i have to shit now i have maybe a few minutes to get to a the can.

There's been wrestlers that have shit both in and under the ring. I want to say it was Cena that dumped a load in a bucket under the ring once.

Punk and Austin have both shit during matches, the latter pooping his britches from being slammed by Yokozuna.
