The roster is critical right now in two different aspects: AEW wrestlers and the CAW suite. The more flushed out the roster can get, the more repeatability in playing grows. This team should be delivering value to stakeholders fast and continually. You may want to consider splitting the CAW team from the AEW Originals team, I'm not a game developer so it might make sense depending on crossover work. This should be cranking no matter what, though.
I would probably spin off a longer life cycle team to work on longer-term delivery things like complicated features (match types, etc).
I would take feedback from players regarding gameplay and start prioritizing improvements based on how critical each component is.
