Probably about $60-70 for the pool.
Couldn't tell you the volume of the pool but I know a six ounce package of jello makes about 8 cups. If it's 100 gallons, it's 13 packets, so another $20.

Probably just dump it into a sewer and throw the pool in a dumpster.
