If you notice the bar is going up unevenly. The left side stays higher a couple of times. No one presses unevenly like that so he had help raising that.

Uneven presses means you can't handle the weight and you're going to hurt yourself. That's why you always a spotter, which is where MJF is sitting. If the guy starts pressing uneven it means he's tired and you're supposed to take the weight at the center and help him rest it. Nothing else. You don't press with one fucking arm going up and the other not on your back.

There are at least a dozen ways to pull this off better than they did. They could have easily found fake weights and just shown him doing it.
Good gag, but it does make Cole being unfit part of the TV show canon and make it doubly obvious by the way they did it. But it's still one of the better things that aew have produced recently.

If it's uneven, you're struggling and it'd show on Smol's face and in his press.
He's pushing like the bar is fucking empty. The zoom in obviously exposes that guys are holding the bar on both sides.

No you fucking actual retard, it's because he blatantly never lifts, so his dominant hand/side is stronger than the other. This goes away pretty quickly if you actually do bench press regularly and have good form, your other side will catch up to the dominant one. But if you don't lift regularly or you have perpetually shit form, you'll favor your dominant side like this.
