They willingly handed over talent like Unagi, Mina Shirakwa, Natsupoi, MIRAI (current Wonder of Stardom champion) to their opposition.
They willingly allowed Yuka, Miyu, Itoh to experience American shows and American crowds and life in America in general and are allowing them to be tempted away from the promotion they helped get off the ground.
Their over reliance on DDT style comedy wrestling has pushed away many fans of traditional joshi output.
And that's just scratching the surface. That doesn't even get into the CyberAgent/CyberFight dealings. The list is endless basically.

DDT comedy style wrestling is the entire reason TJPW didn't flop years ago
They're never going to compete with anyone on wrestling quality. Their wrestling is 90% complete ass and 10% kinda okay, but they've grown bigger than any other shindy because they mogged on character appeal and doing things that competitors don't offer

shut up jae. M & Y & M have been there forever, so leaving should force the company to figure how to survive with a different cast. "Traditional joshi output" is produced by less popular companies. TJPW style is why they as successful by standing out.

Stardom almost is that and was growing year on year with tons of free marketing by people calling it the best women's promotion in the world.

Then you put it under a microscope and see how unathletic much of the roster is, poorly trained at wrestling, lacking in compelling personality, devoid of psychology and flippant towars kayfabe the company is.

Stardom showed it could work in theory even though in practice it's still an offender.

The actual bad shit is that Koda is slow to push people up the card or push them when they're hot and now the fact their big show cards are filled with foreigners who almost all suck and don't fit with the promotion except for Max.

currently no tag champions because koda only knows to put belts on five people and most are either already holding belts, injured, or out of the country more often than not

- We've got a bunch of new rookies.
- Future stars in Miu, Hikari, Suzume, Arisu, Arai, Juria, Wakana.
- Great top of the card wrestlers like Shoko, Rika, Mizuki
- Fun characters like Misao, Pom, Himawari, Mahiro, Raku
- Reliable hands like Nao and Aino
- Quality part-timers like Miyu and Maki

People might have their complaints about how quickly people are pushed or how many foreigners are used, but the roster right now is great and well built for the future.
