You can have Rollins and Reigns who have been on TV in huge roles for tn years, or two guys who can give you two or three years on top, and are actually fresh.
Meanwhile you can look for someone on the card who can give you something. I never understood the need to push "young guys" when most wrestlers peak in their 30s (when they finally have character and experience and aren't doing as much stupid shit). Rock and Brock are anomalies. In Orton's case, pushing him early kind of fucked him over until he was 29.
