Foley is my favorite wrestler because he was entertaining. I personally preferred his mankind promos when he was stupid/innocent/naive /pathetic but even if he was trying to be a badass with Cactus Jack, the guy knew how to cut a promo.
After he retired and was only "Foley the good guy" he became more boring but even then he could still cut a good promo from time to time.
