Depends on the wrestlers, but 7-12 minutes is usually enough time for a random TV match. 15-20 minutes for a TV main-event. 15-25 for a big PPV match. Should never go over half an hour unless you're Carder vs. Haitch or something.

10 minutes for a PPV undercard
20 minutes for a PPV main event
30+ minutes for the main event of your biggest PPV of the year or if the match has a gimmick that requires that much time (EC, 2/3 Falls, Ironman)

No match should be above 20 minutes. It can work, but at 20-30 you already start to feel the length and the shit they throw in to fill time. Above 30 it's masturbatory cringe.
