If it's a big deal and would make him incredibly fragile then fair enough. I'm just gauging this as two guys, one of whom has a pretty large size/reach advantage.
Fights are messy. In an actual fight the size/reach is going to win out unless the other guy is vastly more skilled or tough which you can kind of say for Kenny but not that much so it's like 60/40.
But again if the leukaemia is that big of a factor then yeah
