He had a very unique style, as in he genuinely did wrestle like he had retard strength, and his moves looked devastating without sacrificing the character. The bell gimmick was brilliant, could have been used a lot better. And Jesse was a loveable enough babyface to make up a good victim for a dastardly heel to provoke Festus with. They also could have made some extra merch for the duo.
The biggest problem with Gallows ever since he returned to the states is his dull character work in the ring. He wrestled like an average but not very threatening big man without much of a personality, when we've seen be so colorful as a shoot. It's a shame.
