I don't like AEW anymore but their contracts aren't problematic in these situations. Isn't like they aren't able to work somewhere else when they aren't booked in AEW. They can still work the indies until the contract expires.
It would only be a problem for guys that would like to go WWE, but for everyone else is irrelevant
