The 90s is better because they have a very "raw" feel, between the intensity in the matches and some of the spots, mostly the botches ones. Watching Toyota botch has the sort of "real" enjoyment that sloppy flippy shitters flubbing moves now just doesn't.
The 2000s is mostly just fine, GAEA, NEO and maybe JWP providing most of the good stuff. People love ARSION but they honestly only had like a good year or 2 and those were in the 90s. 2000s AJW (via AJW Classics) is both hilarious because of some of the shit they still decide to do despite the sinking ship, and sad with how going episode by episode you see the how much the audience shrank over time. They're apparently still doing episodes and might be up to 2004 but I haven't seen a new episode upload in what feel like years
