The fact that Austin agreed to take that bump is just fucking insane. This is a guy with constant neck issues. Neck issues so bad that he had to effectively retire in his 30's. Then 20 years later he decides to take a suplex on raw unprotected concrete. What the fuck. Now, this is not me saying the match was great, it really wasn't, but that spot was fucking ridiculous.
