I read some stuff earlier this year that helped me not care about this stuff.
It was a series of fann theories, but they were compelling enough to pull me out of needing to care about fake numbers, and they've allowed me to focus on being entertained. My "dirt sheet checks" have dropped significantly. Happy to be on this side of things.
The key piece that broke things for me, is that Everything Is A Work. If you apply that logic to Caring About Ratings, you'll realize that caring about them has no consequence on your minute to minute life. There is simply no need to be that deep in it.
