i think the timing of all this is working out well. imagine if he stayed the cult leader gimmick all this time, it would be boring as hell after awhile. by showing how ridiculous it was for him to have any other gimmick, he can come back to massive cheers with the swampfag shit. he has still made tons of money through all of this, so who gives a shit.
