Fight Forever kind of reminds me of the Dota 2 card game launch. When it came out there were all these journalists and content creators from normal Dota 2 shilling it like it was a big hit, and then a few weeks later those content creators and journalists were the only ones playing the game.
>>10819697>>10819872What year do you think it is? Casuals play wrestling games because they want to play a fighting game with characters they see from TV. If you're in a period of time or making a game for a company when there are no casual fans, no one is going to know who the wrestlers are to buy the game. Think about the situation for a bit, Roman Reigns is doing the best numbers WWE has seen since early-Cena, and is the most popular thing on TV some weeks. And still, if you were to ask a normalfag who Roman Reigns was, they wouldn't know. That's the only real evidence you need that there are no casual fans left, everyone who tuned back into WWE to watch the bloodline angle was a lapsed fan, not a casual fan.
Not a good environment to release a arcade style wrestling game from a secondary company with only hardcore fans.
