I've never heard a bad thing about Misawa, except from one time where, for whatever reason, he faked a neck injury on some tour to fuck with some gaijin. I legit forget who it was, but yeah he acted all hurt with a neck brace, Stan Hansen chewed him the fuck out, Misawa invited him to a private audience:
Apparently he just took off the brace, moved his neck, laughed and put it back on, and sent the poor fucker back out there.
But desu it sounds like other than his eternal beef with his childhood friend Kawada, he was a good colleague and a fun boss.
Dude wanted to retire WAY before he died but NOAH's ratings and houses were always too poor to function without his drawing power.
