It wasn't great last week and it was just longer this week. a long match, but not spectacular by any means. If FTR would've lost, I probably could've accepted it more. Otherwise, it felt like a pointless waste and I skipped through large chunks of it.
Punk looked dead in the water so it is hard to judge Ricky based on that match alone. The last one with Hobbs wasn't great either. Whoever is scripting these matches is really fucking shit up. It is ROH tier.
If MJF leaves AEW, that'd would be it for me. I am already hanging on by a thread. FTR, Bucks, and others have too much creative control and they're going to put themselves above everyone else. If you want to be in creative, stay out of the ring to avoid biasness. Tony doesn't have the spine to tell them no hence why FTR has belts.
MJF/Adam Cole is the best thing going right now though in AEW or WWE. Will be interesting to see what Collision ratings look like this weekend.
