Tony ended up giving them a huge deal where they are going to be tag champions for a year minimum, have total control over their booking (meaning they pick their opponents and have guaranteed TV time), and through their alliance with Punk, effectively were gifted their own TV show on Saturday which the Bucks aren't allowed to appear on, meaning they'll never be allowed to hold the tag titles again and are stuck teaming with Page, not even allowed the their vanity trios belts too because FTR has used their creative control clause to make them exclusive to the Saturday show too in the event FTR/Punk ever decide they want to be trios champions too.
And for the kicker, both FTR bald and hair are getting paid Jericho/Moxley/Punk tier money and Tony has point blank told Kenny Omega and the Bucks they ain't getting that tip top tier money if they re-up as far as telling them that FTR is more valuable to AEW than the Bucks or Omega are and won't pay them more, let alone the same as FTR is currently getting or give them the level of creative control FTR is now allowed.
