Surprised me that Shinzaki never got a longer run in WWF, dude came along at the wrong time. His look alone was money, if he'd been a few years earlier he'd have been a great heel in the intercontinental title picture, few years later he'd have probably been given some Yakuza priest gimmick or stuck in the Ministry, but Ruthless Aggresion era he'd have been solid.

Not that guy but basically Onita charged Matt Tremont 25k for his appearance fee for an exploding ring deathmatch in New Jersey which Tremont took most of the damage and bumps at the match and ended up going to a burn ward for over a week after the match. It sold less then 1000 live tickets and no one saw it so he got a huge loss. He was a fat stupid mark who came out of "retirement" thinking a match with Onita would draw but it didn't but Onita didn't care because money is money and carnied Tremont into thinking they were friends.
