Meltzer rated him very highly but his peak happened when Meltzer only cared about MMA and couldn't give less of a fuck about rating wrestling highly
I've been watching the Smackdown 6 era lately and looking at the cagematch pages and nearly every week Angle has a match the Observer rated super highly, no doubt some of them would be 5 stars by their lower standards of today
