Michaels,Guerrero, Page, Jericho, Danoelson and Benoit are all fantastic wrestlers to fill out the card and give the main guy a strong opponent to work with, but none of them were major drawing cards. They wouldn't be a defining rival for Austin/Rock. Funk was a great national drawing card in his prime and would be a great long term rival for Austin. Angle was a career underacheiver - as an Olympic gold medalist in one of the hottest periods for US wrestling he should have been a way bigger star than he was. Rock/Angle could be a bigger rivalry than Austin/Funk, but if Angle was booked differently to his 00s WWF run. So I'd say B if you are/have a great booker, A if if not.
