NJPW have a massive advantage in schedule. I doubt TK is giving anyone on BIG money the PAC schedule freedom, meanwhile if NJPW open the wallet for a top gaijin he can spend like half the year in England, work the bongland indies to help them out, and then turn up for big tours/shows in Japan.
