no, there are plenty of death matches with shoot cinder blocks. I know I've seen several in Big Japan, pretty sure I've seen them elsewhere too but can't remember what shitty deathmatch fed.
Anyway you're not supposed to fucking throw it at their head. Usually like it's a slam or piledriver onto it of putting it on them and hitting it or diving on it, whatever

the cinder block guy actually continued to get booked after this
some anon told me he since jobbed to covid but I didn't feel like looking up his name again to see if it was a shitpost or not. Seem possible he is fat and pretty old if I recall around the time this all happened initially.
