My choice is Edge. He was only good as a tag guy. Brood was dimes and E&C was a lot of fun too. Rated R Edge wasn't ever believable as a top guy. The cabinets were just bare after all the good attitude era guys were gone.

Also Rey Mysterio. Good as a WCW cruiser, sucked as soon as he got to WWE and they let him get over on guys twice his size. And he's a black hole of charisma.

If you never won a World title or were at least considered a top guy, you should have to at least had a few other notable accolades to make it in, like Scott Hall or Mr. Perfect. Go back and actually watch old Shawn matches and promos. He was light years ahead of his time in terms of his look, athleticism, charisma, and overall match quality. No one at the time had the same IT factor until Austin came along, and then Shawn came back after four years and mogged the entire roster all over again. It doesn't matter if he didn't move as much merchandise as Austin or Rock, an entire new generation of wrestlers are still trying to bite his style to this day.

Right to Censor was the perfect answer to everything that was out of control in the attitude era. Everything about them screamed hypocrisy. The main members were so on bored with it. Ivory went all in and played her part so well. Fantastic heel. If anything, their "theme" had the go away heat. HHH being some sort of megastar on a level comparable to the likes Austin, Rock, Macho, Hogan, Hart, Cena, or Michaels. Hell, even Roman eclipses him at this point. HHH was a reliable worker and good henchman/goon for Vince or whatever faction he was in, but he was never on that level of having the company built around him. He actually reminds me of CM Punk. This is some serious revision right here. Paul's reign of terror was allowed to happen because the actual stars (Austin and Rock) were gone/leaving/on a different brand, and there was no direct competition to WWE. You're right that it ended when newer stars like Cena and Batista entered, though, in the case of Cena, HHH tried to squash that. Had Cena been on Raw, there is no way he would have been allowed to get over.
