He's friends with Hanger right now and they havent done a singles match since full gear 2021. He's not had a singles match with Jericho since the first Double or Nothing, but Jericho's old and busted now and Omega's less able to carry him. Mox vs Omega was done recently, but with heel interference affecting the finish. If you want to count Orange Cassidy as a top guy, they havent had him vs Omega since 2021 as well. There's also Punk but Omega hates him, and the resulting match would probably be disappointing by Omega's standards since Punk can't mediocre in ring.
Gys like Pac are really a rung down from top guy based on TK's booking and his absence. In that upper midcard band there's a ton of "first time in aew" matches (Darby, Claudio, Cole, the house of emos, Swerve, Takeshita, Jay White etc).
Basically the issue isn't prospective opponents. It's what Omega's body can handle. Seems at the moment he wants to do a small number of high intensity matches, which generally only works with titles if you can do tv-style live promos to a crowd at a top level.
