Sure but I doubt EY would have any issues there considering he's worked both Impact and WWE without ever having any issues unless I'm missing something. Guy just didn't want to work with vince and I can't blame him. I wouldn't want to work with tony khan for example, but if he hired some people to actually run AEW I might consider it in this fantasy scenario in which I am a wrestler.
