They had a story with Shibata vs Garcia, but didn't do anything to build it or make you think you were getting it.
The tag title match is totally random - Aussie Open hasn't been teaming together due to Mark Davis being injured. Best Friends only won one match together in ROH and that was in April.
Athena already lost her streak to Willow on Rampage. Why you would not have her lose to Willow on the PPV instead is beyond me.
The main is obviously random, but worse, the two matches that were planned instead of it were random too. Eddie made two ROH appearances since the last PPV and didn't wrestle at all in ROH. Mark Briscoe was building to a match against Joe but got put with Claudio then was injured. And Pac has never even competed in Khan's ROH.
The pre-show is just as bad too with the random matches.
