Losing fake fights isn't burial, not being booked is. If you're booked, and someone cared enough to write angles for you and give you promo time, that's a push.

The easiest way to figure out who's buried is to look at the roster page and see who (healthy) has been off TV/live events for months. LA Knight is the opposite of that.

Not sure why any of that needed explaining, but such is the state of "smart" fans.

What hoops, losing a few matches? He’s gotten great reactions in the last month or so, which is encouraging but not enough reason to immediately strap a rocket to him. They did that with Fandango and look how it worked out. Also, LA Knight is getting over as a face so it makes sense to play up the underdog crowd favorite angle for him. The fact that he’s still getting reactions even as he jobs just shows how durable his support can be. And if that support isn’t durable, then there’s no reason to push him just because he was the fans flavor of the week. Like I said, it’s pretty simple.
