Kraft Media was trying to sell the Experience and Drive-Thru as part of a package to LiveOne which would yield all the debts Kraft Media incurred to LiveOne and land Collin Thompson a job where he doesn't have to pay shit to anyone whose money he misappropriated.
At the same time, LiveOne and Kraft Media want to take PodcastOne to the stock market, and they wanna use stocks as payment to everyone they owe money because they don't have any cash and don't have any assets they can convert into cash.
They're relying on Jim and Brian to sign a contract because that'll raise the eventual share value of PodcastOne shares, which means there's a higher chance of success in scamming everyone out of their money.
But if Jim and Brian don't sign, the whole deal falls flat and both businesses are bankrupt.
Collin Thompson of Kraft Media is trying to goad and threaten Jim and Brian into this deal but failed miserably, because all they want is money they're owed by Kraft Media and they're not under contract at Kraft Media.
TL;DR: big dick businessguy thought he could swindle up to $20m from various investors, learned the hard way that he's shrunk too small for any size breeches.
