Definitely top 5, maybe top 3. The fact he called whole PPVs on his own definitely curves his grade a bit.

In the grand scheme of things though, his career is a blip on the radar. Totaled up, he was a full-time commentator for less than 10 years. People like Cory Graves have WAAAYYYY more hours on mic doing commentary than Styles does overall.

Top 3 IMO, under prime JR and prime Heenan maybe. By far the best version of the 'wrestling autist' archetype because he's both authentic and emotional, with a great rhythm to his delivery that makes soundbites easy to recall. He was always the ECW straight man but could get pretty unhinged himself too when pushed, which was based.
