I was going to say that PS2 emulation can be a bit hit or miss so I didn't really want to bother, but if they play fine on it then there's no reason not to. I heard Shut Your Mouth and Here Comes the Pain are really good too. I was also looking for SVR11, but I couldn't seem to find it anywhere because heard that too was good.
I'll get a couple of your recs for sure and test them out. I know I definitely played one way back, I think it was maybe 2K12, and it was pretty fun from what I can remember. I loved the fuck out of Smackdown! I played the shit out of that, but I think that was a product of its time and just way better than most of the games that had come before it.
